In 1994 the necessity is perceived to separate the two activities, that one of the reconstruction from that one of the sale. And therefore it comes constituted  " INTERNATIONAL SRL " that is taken care exclusively of the management of the covered tires leaving the CONTE GOMME the commercialization of the new tires. And it is just the CONTE GOMME that take care of the sale to the wholesale and by piece dotandosi of a center technical attendance the vanguard, with modern put electronic equipments to disposition of the customers for a punctual and personalized service.

In 1996 financial institution of  "the group") that it finds the CONTE GOMME s.a.s., in the commercialization to wholesale is born FINCONTE SRL (of the new tires, only leaving the activity of the sale by piece to the center multifunctional attendance.
